CBRE – Interactive Commercial Leasing Center Experience – 3rd Avenue

Marketing Challenge

CBRE, a major commercial real estate firm in New York City, needed a dynamic and user-friendly way to help brokers showcase available spaces at 685 Third Avenue. Rather than relying on flat renderings or printed plans, they wanted a digital experience that would help prospective tenants visualize buildout possibilities, amenities, and customization options—ultimately bringing the full potential of the property to life.

MediaHounds Solution

We transformed the leasing center into an interactive presentation space with a seamless 3×3 ultra-thin bezel video wall. To make the experience tactile and collaborative, we engineered a custom IR touch frame around the display, turning the full wall into a massive touchscreen interface.

Our team also designed and developed the interactive application that runs on the display, allowing brokers to navigate layouts, visualize configurations, and present space options at scale. The experience was powered by a CMS, enabling remote updates as listings changed or new tenant opportunities emerged.

The end result was a high-impact digital tool that elevated property tours, improved engagement, and positioned CBRE as an innovator in commercial real estate showrooms.
