Artemis – Immersive Real Estate Sales Experience

As Artemis prepared to launch its new luxury condo development near Central Park, the goal was clear: sell quickly and at top market value. They needed a sales environment that went beyond brochures and floor plans—a space that could double as a high-end showroom and compelling storytelling tool for the property, its amenities, and the neighborhood.

MediaHounds Solution

We designed a fully immersive, tech-driven sales experience that transformed the showroom into an interactive environment. Using a custom-mapped projection system, we synchronized four HD projectors to create a seamless panoramic display across a massive curved wall.

A touch-controlled interactive table served as the command hub. As sales associates navigated floor plans and features on the table, the wall dynamically displayed virtual walkthroughs, amenity highlights, and neighborhood visuals in real time.

To ensure a fully integrated experience, we connected every element of the space—including lighting, blinds, projection, audio, ambient screens, and the interactive table—through a Crestron control system. The result was a guided, high-end storytelling environment that elevated buyer engagement and accelerated the sales process.
