Tag Heuer needed to replace traditional, lecture-based retail associate training with something more engaging and effective. The challenge was to deliver a hands-on learning environment that not only taught associates about the product but also fostered teamwork and excitement in the process.

MediaHounds Solution

We developed a gamified, interactive training experience centered around custom-built touchscreen watch-making tables. These large-format digital tables combined education with engagement, allowing associates to explore product features, participate in interactive challenges, and collaborate as a group.

By blending digital content with tactile, communal training, we created an experience that was immersive, memorable, and far more impactful than conventional methods. Our team handled the entire scope—from concept development and touchscreen software design to hardware integration and on-site installation—ensuring a seamless and polished execution.
