Puma Digital Column and Displays At Macy’s Herald Square

Marketing Challenge

Puma wanted to elevate their in-store presence at Macy’s Herald Square and drive sales by creating a more engaging shopping environment. The challenge was to integrate technology that both highlighted the brand and helped customers navigate the men’s athleticwear department.

MediaHounds Solution

We installed 12 digital displays strategically throughout the store to blend brand storytelling with utility. Six ultra-thin bezel screens were combined into a striking video wall at the entrance column, showcasing campaign content, lifestyle videos, and bold imagery to capture attention immediately. The additional six displays were placed above product categories, helping customers find what they’re looking for quickly and easily.

To ensure ongoing impact, the displays were connected to a Content Management System (CMS), allowing for remote updates, fresh content scheduling, and long-term operational support. The result was an immersive retail experience that boosted both navigation and sales, while amplifying Puma’s brand presence in one of the busiest flagship retail environments.
